These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and okgame ("okgame," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okgame.asia and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the okgame platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by okgame, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okgame platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with okgame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and okgame.

Access to and use of the okgame platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on okgame. This age requirement is mandated under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming. okgame strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of okgame is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other applicable jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on okgame. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by okgame or by any applicable gaming regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during your use of the platform.

To access real-money gaming features on okgame, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by okgame. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

okgame is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to activating full account functionality. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by okgame may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okgame account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okgame will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify okgame immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorized access.

3.4 Account Ownership

okgame accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

okgame supports a range of payment methods approved for use in the Philippine market. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okgame currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions are also supported where available. okgame does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your okgame account and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your okgame wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. okgame does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. okgame reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending KYC review.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on okgame are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). okgame does not support multi-currency accounts at this time.

okgame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount).
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited without compensation.
• okgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes – is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• okgame reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies for bonus purposes. Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements, as specified in individual promotion terms.

All games available on the okgame platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on okgame use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. The outcome of each game round is determined by the RNG and is not influenced by previous results, player identity, or any other external factor.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes are determined by the physical result of each round and are streamed in real time. okgame is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, okgame reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out. okgame's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. okgame is not liable for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okgame platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any such errors must be reported to okgame support immediately.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the okgame platform, software, or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okgame staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with okgame.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your okgame account by any third party, including family members.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

okgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other okgame policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon account termination for cause, okgame reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity or Terms violations will be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting okgame support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.

okgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

9.1 Player Protection Tools

All okgame accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through the account settings panel: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately upon activation and, in the case of self-exclusion, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

9.2 Age Verification

okgame strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all wagers placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method. okgame may conduct age verification checks at any point during a player's use of the platform.

9.3 Problem Gambling

If you believe your gambling has become problematic, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings and to seek professional support. okgame's support team is trained to assist players who raise concerns about their gaming behavior.

All content on the okgame platform, including but not limited to the okgame brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of okgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okgame platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; modify or create derivative works based on platform content; use the okgame brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorized use of okgame's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. If you believe that any content on the okgame platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address provided in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okgame's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okgame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if okgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okgame does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okgame makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact okgame's support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. okgame will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 14 business days of receiving written notice of the issue.

12.2 Formal Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

12.3 Complaints

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to okgame's support team via the contact details provided in Section 14. Complaints must include your registered account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. okgame will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 3 business days.

okgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okgame will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the okgame platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.
